At Home in the Upper Valley
I’m proud to call the beautiful Upper Valley region of New Hampshire and Vermont my home. Since moving here in 2005, I’ve grown, changed, and deepened my understanding of myself and my work. Living in this unique cluster of towns—spanning two New England states—has profoundly shaped who I am and how I came to discover my vocation specializing in neurodivergence and wellness.
As a 2025 graduate of the Leadership Upper Valley program through Vital Communities, I had the privilege of spending a year exploring what makes this region so special—even with its challenges. Beyond the natural beauty and endless outdoor opportunities, it’s the community that continues to make me feel at home. While no place is perfect, I’ve found that people here genuinely care about one another and want to create a healthier, more inclusive region for all.
That sense of care and connection is at the heart of my work. I offer in-person coaching sessions throughout the Upper Valley—at your home or workplace—when face-to-face support feels most helpful. We can also combine in-person and virtual sessions to create a rhythm that feels both grounded and convenient.
This snippet from the Valley News reflects a great example of the sweetness I have experienced in the Upper Valley over the years. In the Fall of 2015, my younger kids and I were hanging out in front of our Norwich home reading a book, when a reporter came walking by and took our picture for an "About Town" section.
Only in the Upper Valley!
