Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

Nope. I work with people who are diagnosed, self-diagnosed, exploring, or simply resonate with neurodivergent ways of being. In fact, I can support you in thinking through the pros and cons of pursuing an official diagnosis if that is something you are considering.

Q: What’s your coaching style like?

Warm, curious, intuitive, and very real. I bring structure and tools—but I also bring my offbeat humor, flexibility, and deep listening. You don’t have to perform or pretend at all here.

Q: What if I can’t make it to a session?

Life happens! I ask for 24 hours’ notice in general but I trust our work is important (and enjoyable) enough for my clients to make it a priority.

Q: Do you work with kids?

My client base is adults so I do not see anyone under the age of 18 on an individual basis. I do offer coaching to adults who are supporting young people with issues of neurodivergence and I am available to consult with family groups.

Q: Do you work with parents, college students or late-diagnosed adults?

Yes, yes, and YES. As our understanding of neurodivergence expands rapidly, many people are coming to understand our own unique wiring long after completing high school. Intersectionality is real and our work can enhance and improve yours overall wellness in a variety of life stages and circumstances.

Please note: As a coach and consultant, I do not accept medical insurance. My services are not a substitute for clinical therapy or medical treatment, but they can complement those supports with practical, personalized guidance rooted in lived experience and systemic insight.
