Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a formal diagnosis of ADHD or autism to work with you?
Nope. Diagnoses are often needed when systems — like schools, healthcare, or social services — require paperwork to direct resources. But for our work together, a diagnosis isn’t necessary. Whether you're self-identifying, exploring, or simply looking for support that fits how you work, you’re in the right place — and you don’t have to wait for permission to get started.
What’s the difference between you and my therapist?
Therapists can provide vital emotional support — keep your therapist! My coaching is meant to complement their work, not replace it. While there’s some overlap, I focus on practical matters that can help your body come into greater harmony and regulation. We’ll examine neurodivergent patterns, build more easeful routines, and connect you with resources to enhance wellness and nervous system regulation.
Where can we meet?
Virtual sessions online or in-person within the Upper Valley.
Do you work with kids?
No. I do not work with anyone under 18 but I offer coaching for parents.
Psst - a lot of parents have neurodivergent traits too!
Do you accept insurance?
No. My services are not a substitute for clinical therapy or medical treatment but can complement those supports with practical, personalized guidance.
