Individuals

My work invites curious, open reflection on how inherited systems and assumptions shape our perception of ourselves. I believe deeply that we are meant to remain awake and conscious about how our personal values apply in our actual embodied experiences; even when it can leave us perplexed at times. In consultation, my goal is to help you connect with new ways of perceiving your options and yourself.

I’m direct, comfortable with “awkward” stuff, and my sense of humor will keep us grounded. I’ve been around a lot of life’s less charted territory so not much surprises me. I love thinking through new approaches when the usual markers are missing. I would be honored to help you.

My special focus is neurodivergence in adults (with or without medical diagnoses) including:

  • ADHD

  • High-masking Autism

  • Highly sensitive, introverted, or other social identities

  • Noise sensitivity, food sensitivity, all sensitivity!

I’m also a great resource when your sense of belonging or direction is impacted by:

  • Ending a relationship / navigating divorce with love and integrity to honor shared history and growth rather than turning it into a Capulet v Montague situation

  • Family estrangement / going NC when it’s the right answer even if it makes you feel terrible in the Hallmark section

  • Gender identity and intersectionality at all ages and stages

  • Maintaining a joyful sexuality in a sensitive / ND body even with a history of trauma

Note that my work is educational and consultative in nature. I do not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. Many people I work with are also engaged in clinical care, and my role is intended to complement — not replace — those supports.
