My Approach
Examining health, belonging, and difference through neurodivergent and ethical lenses
Much of my work focuses on how inherited — and often unexamined — assumptions about what is normal, healthy, and acceptable take hold. These assumptions shape who is seen as functional, capable, or whole. I examine these norms critically, asking which standards truly serve people and which persist simply by inertia, creating unnecessary barriers.
Living with my own neurodivergence has given me sustained insight into where systems fail to meet certain bodies and minds, while my background in ethics and systems thinking provides the tools to interpret and question those gaps.
Rather than treating difference as a problem to solve, my work invites a closer look at the narratives we’ve inherited — especially those that enforce conformity rather than support lived realities.
My Work
I create videos, write, teach, and consult while also being an engaged parent. I share at a pace that reflects my caregiving responsibilities and particular rhythm as a neurodivergent person .
I welcome creative collaboration and projects that allow teaching, inquiry, and exploration to reach wider audiences. If you feel called to learn more, I’d love to hear from you.
