Who does inclusion include?

What counts as "normal" or "typical" refers to a much narrower range of humans than actually exist. That doesn't mean everyone is neurodivergent. But it does mean that how we treat differences in human minds, bodies, and ways of being has consequences for all of us.

Pattern recognition is one of the gifts of my wiring. I see how neurodivergence intersects with culture, ethics, and the rules we've inherited about how people must function. When the old rules can't account for different ways of being, the person can be treated as the source of the problem without considering the impact of the system they live inside.

Whether you are a professional, a community member, or simply want to explore, this work includes everyone.
