I'm Kathryn.
I offer a different view.
Humans need rules and frameworks to live inside of and to stay safe. Over time, these can need adjustments to account for new and different experiences or ways of being. Sometimes we get tempted to squint and block out anything that doesn't fit into the picture.
But I have big eyes and I've always been really bad at squinting.
Also, I have a different kind of brain and my life has been marked by different experiences that simply refused to fit. So many times I worked hard to fit myself or other truths in anyway. I figured I would keep really still and maybe even hold my breath.
But, nope. There were still so many parts of me AND the truth that would not fit inside. What to do?
Over decades I grew expert at finding a different and expansive way to see. I developed a lens that could include everything in the picture. Not just the cute stuff. Even that stuff that tends to gather way out there near the edges. It has been an intensive process and I wasn't sure where it would take me. But I am happy to share that I have grown quite skilled!
Now I know how to adjust the lens so it actually fits all the humans and reality inside it. No squishing of people or truths. I know, right? It's pretty amazing. Now nothing and no one has to be left out. My lens is regularly updated and always applied thoughtfully, with precision.
